Quincys Steak & Spirits: A Premier Destination for Steak Lovers

What a legend of a spot. I found myself near Florence and was told I had to stop in to Quincy’s for their Prime Rib and I’m so glad I did! What I usually enjoy annually on Christmas, I was overjoyed to find a place that specializes in this increíble cut of meat. An art that is sadly rare these days in a lot of places, including Denver. Thanks for the treat, Quincy’s!

This is a hidden gem here in Florence while checking out the "antique capital" of Colorado. The service is great and always prepared the right temperature for either the filet mignon or prime rib (depending on which day). Their secret is the fact that they keep it simple. They don't have an extensive menu with so many options it takes forever to decide. Each meal comes complete starting with a wedge salad. They then bring out the main course which includes the steak, baked potato (with all the fixings), and slice of bread. If you are looking for a place to take company when they come visit Florence this is the place. Be warned that it's quite popular and you may have to wait outside (usually not too long)if you don't call ahead and let them know to put you on the list and how many people will be joining you.

Absolutely a delightful atmosphere service and the food was delectably delicious most reasonably priced under $40 for two people to go out and have an amazing meal. I finished mine. I haven’t eaten that much food in three years due to medical my wife had to take half of hers home. I highly recommend a visit to Quincy‘s bar and Grill restaurant amazing.

A nice little place in Florence, CO. Made the trip from Pueblo West, CO to try this joint. Atmosphere is lovely. Prices are amazing. Food is good…would have liked the option to choose the dressing for the salad. Filet mignon was nicely seasoned. Baked potato seemed to be from the day before; the skin was thick and dry, and the potato itself was not fluffy. Service was adequate, but our finished platters just sat on the table for what seemed like 15 minutes. The host gave us a deadline on how much time we would have at our table, which was fine, but it was rather odd way to begin a dinner knowing that there was a set amount of time…the slow service didn’t help the situation at all, and ended up making us rush through dessert. Would return again, though.

I honestly had my doubts, however I have fallen in love. This place ,, from the wait staff to the master chef !!! I like “well done” and I must say it’s beyond words. Mary and Zanna were perfect! Mr. Chef !! I love you !!! Be me and fall in love with this place. Yes the line is goofy at first but worth the wait. I do not usually feel this way !!!! Oh and Tina thank you for checking on us! You’re amazing too !!!!

My son and I enjoy getting out of the Springs. We especially enjoy coming to Florence and going to eat here. Our visit today was exceptional. We had the steak and it was cooked amazingly and the sides were delicious too. The service is always great. Maybe something to do with a small town and kind people. It was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Almost felt like a home cooked meal but better because I didn’t have to cook it. We will continue our time to time visits to this restaurant. I’d highly recommend the drive to get a great steak or prime rib. Also the prices are more than reasonable.

I can’t say enough good things about Quincy’s! We had the prime rib dinners and we were in heaven. The portions are stellar, the price point is to die for (being from Denver, you can’t get a decent steak for under $40-$50 a person) our waitress was an absolute sweetheart, the service was crazy fast; we left full, happy and talking about our meal for days after. We absolutely will be back and will recommend to everyone!! Thank you!

I might not be the best judge because the house margarita was potent, and I rarely drink. So, there ya go. We split the 8 oz prime rib meal, which was more than enough. Delicious! I strongly recommend this restaurant.
